4 doors on pass side, 3 on drivers, but two are welded shut

Lots of RUST On Floor Pans (flat pieces) Update replaced 6 feet of flat floor, Still has rust along bottom of rocker panels
....Motor is a 305 V6, 3 speed on column....
....Have Clean. Calif. Title in tmy name...
Runs and drives but needs Brakes and tires and shift linkage is messed up
Fuel pump starting to leak, Valve cover Gaskets need replacing Since Pic was taken
