I am selling a whole house central heat and air unit for the price of a one room window unit. This working Trane XL-1400 rooftop mounted air conditioning and natural gas heating unit was removed from my roof on 10-3, because my 25 year old roof is falling apart, and I am having a new one installed, so I thought I might as well replace my 15 year old A/ C unit replaced at the same time because I plan on selling the house in 1.5 years, and it would be a good selling point, plus prices are going to double from $15,000.00 to $30,000.00 next year because they the state is mandating a new more environmentally safe Freon. So it comes with the metal base called a curb which is sitting on top of it in the pictures. So you’re getting a whole house central heat and air conditioning unit for the price of a one room ( a/c only ) window unit.
I reduced it $200.00 on 10-23, and lowered $100.00 on 10-25 from $1200.00 to $900.00, on 11-7 I lowered it to $800.00, and on 11-18 I lowered it to $750.00, and on 1-15-26 I reduced it to $700.00, and on 3-30-26 i reduced it to $650.00, and on 4-4 I reduced it to $550.00, save over 90%. I am Firm on the price, cash only, no trades, no meeting halfway.
