My sister ordered this mattress for my 84-year-old mother on 1/26/26 from Amazon. My mom has chronic back pain, and the thought was this firm mattress would do it for her back. Unfortunately, because my mom is frail, this mattress does not have the firm structure on the sides she needs to get in and out of bed.
This mattress was opened so it could firm up, but has literally not been slept in at all. It is pristine and brand new. It has been leaning against the wall in my mom‘s bedroom since the day it was received.
I have attached the order for the bed to show that it was placed on 1/26/26, as well as everything we paid for it. The price of the mattress + plus tax came out to $214.49. We are asking for $190. This is a non-negotiable offer as we are taking $25 off the total and it is never been used at all. Again, it’s literally brand new.
