Hello, it is just me and my little 8 pound dog. He is not aggressive or destructive. Just your typical dog. Barks at weird stuff and looks at you like you've lost your mind.
What I am looking for is a private unit. Preferably separate from the main home. So not really looking for a room shared in a house full of people. You're probably a great person, but I work from home, and I am an extreme introvert.
These things below make my life easier.
Private bathroom with either big tub for bench, but walk in shower with no tub is preferred.
No carpeted floors preferred.
A small gated private area for my dog to run off leash for a few moments a day. We don't stay out long. Just for his potty breaks.
Single flat home. No stairs.
Washer and dryer or washer and dryer hookups so I can get them myself.
Must be okay for me to get internet wifi. I usually use Verizon. I wouldn't want to cause any damage with cable or satellite.
