A local construction company is looking for a full-time Office Admin/Payroll Assistant motivated to assist in office admin support for our construction company. We are a fast pace company looking for a driven individual to join our company.
Required Duties / Daily / Weekly Tasks (Include but not limited to):
o Inputting new employee information packets in Paychex
o Payroll data entry (timecards)on QuickBooks
o Maintain Office Supplies, and order when necessary
o Organize lodging accommodations for field employees
o Answer and screen phone calls.
o Organizing mail and deliveries; run errands, answer phones
o Coordinate with field staff and vendors regarding deliveries, pick-ups, and rentals
o DMV visits
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Office (Word, Excel)
o QuickBooks accounting software experience
o Paychex payroll software experience
o 1 Year of HR/Payroll experience required
o Time management skills; ability to multi-task
o Attention to accuracy and detail
o High School Diploma or equivalent
o Excellent written and verbal communication, Spanish bi-lingual (verbal, read, and write) preferred
o Ability to lift 20 lbs. comfortably
o Valid CA License
