Full Time Apprentice Plumber :
Type: Full time
Pay: $17–$21 per hour
This role is hourly only and designed for individuals ready to learn, grow, and work toward advancing in the trade.
Full Time Technician :
Type: Full time
Pay Model: Performance-based structure designed to take proven technicians directly into six-figure earnings
All technician candidates must complete a probationary evaluation period before securing the official Technician title.
Who We’re Looking For :
Apprentices:
• 2+ years of plumbing experience
OR
• 1 full year of experience in another trade or construction
Technicians:
-3 + years of experience
• Strong plumbing experience and the ability to run calls independently
• High-level professionalism and customer service
• Must pass a probationary evaluation period to confirm technician-level standards
General Requirements (All Roles) :
• Professional appearance and communication
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including on-call shifts and overtime
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, & ability to pass a drug screening and background check
• Strong work ethic and commitment to building a long-term plumbing career
• Reliability, accountability, and teamwork
• Physical capability to perform standard plumbing tasks
