Small firm needs a sharp quick study litigator, with at least some FEHA COA experience, and really knowledgeable and productive when it comes to pretrial discovery practice, evidence sanction motions, and MILs. If you've got six weeks to three months of close to full time availability this project could be for you. You set your daily schedule, and work from where you want. Though some in-person meeting may be needed and depending on your willingness, maybe some court appearance co-counseling. If you've got the skills let's talk. Must be California licensed, and with substantial experience in California Superior Court, and the good'ol CCP. Oh, and this is Plaintiff side work, so you've got to naturally related to that. And you have to have the mental energy, or curiosity, or whatever it is, that makes a person dive into case records and get a working knowledge pretty quickly. No drive-by, or surface gloss lawyering will do here. There's no shortage of that available by contract and it will not do for this.
