This model was introduced in 1952 , these are hard to date exactly it was made in the USA between 1952 and 1955 , this is a large auditorium guitar and fairly rare , steel reinforced neck , German tuners and tailpiece are not original , pickguard and bridge are not original, the inlays in the headstock also are not original, frets and neck are in good condition , the neck is thick ie like a baseball bat , but has a really nice action, this one is a player, excellent tone and really projects sound well , the binding is in very good condition , this was Kay's top of the line guitar built to compete with the Gibson and Epiphone and other archtop guitars of the day , it has a thick hand carved top , sides and back are laminated ,if all original it would be worth 1500+ , nice fitting Guild hardcase included,,,,,, Craigslist Email or Text,,,,,Five 3 zero 3 zero one 87 zero one,,,,,, Cash Only ,,,,,,,In Person,,,,,,, No Trades,,,,,,Post Will Be removed when the guitar is sold,,,, scammers don't waste your time ,,,, if it's listed it's still available so don't ask is it still available, I will ignore you, and assume you are just another Scammer ,,,, Thanks
