About the Role
Roof Maxx is looking for a driven, ethical, customer-focused In-Home Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners and help them make smart, honest decisions about extending the life of their roof.
This is not high-pressure sales. We believe in education, transparency, and doing what’s right for the customer—every time.
What You’ll Do
Drive to pre-set, qualified in-home appointments
Inspect roofs and explain Roof Maxx’s rejuvenation process
Educate homeowners on options (repair, rejuvenation, replacement)
Provide clear, honest recommendations—no gimmicks
Close sales with integrity and professionalism
Represent the Roof Maxx brand with pride
What We’re Looking For
Strong sales ability with a consultative approach
High morals and ethics — honesty is non-negotiable
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Comfortable working directly with homeowners
Self-motivated, punctual, and professional
Ability to explain value, not pressure decisions
Roofing experience is NOT required — we provide training.
