Older Schuerman upright acoustic Piano around 400 lbs. Works great, needs a little TLC (cosmetically), you need muscle and a truck to pick it up as you cannot lay pianos on their backs. I don't know enough about pianos to know if it needs to be tuned but it sounds good to me.
